Practice Group - Mergers & Acquisitions

The Mergers & Acquisitions Practice Group of DIRO is a working group of member offices which counsel businesses with their national and cross-borders take-overs or mergers.  The members do not only work in together in a mandate, they also meet up on a regular basis to discuss mutual case studies and exchange experiences. This Practice Group  specializes in company law, tax law as well as labour law from almost every European country operate.
