Quality is important to us

The norms that are referred to for certification are DIN EN ISO 9001 and 9002. Of these, DIN EN ISO 9001 is the further-reaching norm. It even covers the realm of development of new - in the case of DIRO, legal - services.

Quality management systems according to ISO 9000 are however not restricted in application to legal firms. They are rather world-wide enterprise management models.

Norming is the planned unification, carried out in common by the interested parties, of tangible and intangible matters, for the common benefit. It is not intended to lead to an economic advantage for individuals. It promotes rationalisation and quality assurance in business, technology, science and administration.
