Quality Standards of the Certified DIRO Law Offices

DIRO and its certified members have their management practices regularly inspected by external professionals on the basis of these internationally recognised quality standards. A high and unified quality standard is thus guaranteed in the organisational methods in all certified DIRO law offices.

Within the framework of the annual "Management Review", an inspection is carried out of how far the targets set in the past have been achieved. Building on this, the setting of medium and long term targets is discussed and the strategic alignment established. These strategic considerations serve to secure the future of DIRO and its members. In a very rapidly changing legal market, DIRO sees this as a prerequisite for the long-term success and the strong cohesion of the DIRO network.

Additionally, project management is professionalised through certification. A clear definition of targets, the setting of milestones and project control breathe life into the quality management system. DIRO's project management includes clear-cut allocation of responsibilities and competencies, together with regular updating of project plans.
