About DIRO - Our history

Development

DIRO EEIG has been established in 1992 in Frankfurt/Main.

The constantly growing organization, which operated firstly as an European Economic Interest Grouping, founded 1997 the DIRO Veranstaltungs- und Service GmbH as well as in 2006 the DIRO.net, in order to optimize the range of services offered to its clients with different organizational structures.

The DIRO-EEIG focus is mostly on cross-border legal relations and is represented by almost 40 international law offices in most of the important European business locations.

DIRO Veranstaltungs- und Service GmbH undertakes together with DIRO.net an operative unit to serve the German speaking territory and particularly working together with cooperation partners asking for legal services.

Several law offices are bounded by contract to DIRO EEIG as Partner of DIRO if they are located beyond the countries of the EU in Europe or overseas.
